1.  How do I contact customer service?
You can contact us at the "Get In Touch" page.
 
2.  What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We are not accepting cash, checks or money orders at this time. In most cases, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. When placing an order, it is necessary to request an authorization for the total amount of the purchase from your credit card company. If you use a debit card to pay for your order, please keep in mind that items are billed at the time of purchase and funds must be available in your account at that time.
 
3.  Is it safe to use my credit card?
Safeguarding your privacy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Our payment pages uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your data while it is being transferred over the Internet. We also use the latest encryption technologies to protect the security of your credit card and password information while we are processing your order.
 
4.  How will the transaction show on my credit card statement?
The transaction will show as "KIASHAENTER"
 
5.  I never received my confirmation email after placing an order.
Please check your Spam box — 99% of the time, you will find it there. It’s also possible that you entered the wrong email address. If you still have problems, go back to the store, navigate to the “Get In Touch” page, and send us an email.
 
6.  How do you calculate shipping?
Customer shipping costs will be based on the order value. If the order value (total of all products) is equal to $15.00, then the customer will pay $6.99 in shipping to the US (standard), etc.
 
7.  How do I change my order?
The Calico Jonez web store processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by contacting Customer Service. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.
 
8.  Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 10 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization Number.
 
9.  International customers
If you order products for delivery to a shipping address outside the United States, you will be responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs and duties which may be levied by your Customs or Government or other authority upon any parcel we send to you.
 
10. Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Custom designed jewelry
- Any apparel item that has obvious signs of use
- Any CDs that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless of it is defective
- Downloadable media products (exception: accidentally ordered multiple downloads of same product)
- Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
